If you want a really good antispyware program, go to: wwwsuperantispyware.com -- and download their free version.
Scans every object in your system and you get frequent updates.
When you boot up your system you will see a pop-up saying, "Your system is protected by superantispyware".
An icon in the tray that looks like a small brown face will be placed in the tray. Use the icon to open the program and you will see all the free features this software has for free. Plus scan from clicking on the icon in the tray.

Microsoft has it's own these days called Windows Defender, you do of course need a genuine version of Windows though.
