48034ualfdja, I come to you with honest care and hopes for God's glory... Jesus spoke OF the the Holy Spirit, which did INDEED come in their (The diciples) lifetime. The Holy Bible, book of Acts, immediatley proceeded Jesus's words about that coming. In the "Acts" of the Apostles, the Holy Spirit did come and give the diciples a spiritual gift. Enabling them to speak in diverse tongues (foriegn languages) so they could teach the Gospel of Christ! God wants us to know him through the Holy Bible-(His Divine Word)
Never in the Bible was there another prophesy told or described other than Jesus, "The Word", "Co-creator" "Son of God" he fulfilled all the Prophesies... Born of a Virgin, From the seed of David and to be King, etc...

You can not hide from God, GOD IS EVERYWHERE! He knows who, what, when, where, why and how! HE KNOWS US BY OUR HEARTS! But do we know him? His express desires are in the Book! Shauno, The absolute best Bible study I ever did was with the Jehova Witnesses! All the lies about them is the devil's work. They do believe in Jesus Christ. You can study from your King James Bible at your place or a public place.-Park, etc. and everyone takes turns reading out loud. They do not pressure you to be a Jehova's Witness, but your whole world will open! It is not a fluff walk but it is so fun. They get into the serious Q's- Who is the devil, why were we created, what does God want etc.
Just go online and find the head quarters and request their FREE Bible study! They do not even ask for a donation!!!! God speed! XOXO with your best interest in mind!

Sarah D, You don't believe in Miracles? You poor thing. All the prophets generations and generations before Jesus Christ told of him. The Jewish text, the Christain text and even the Quaran says "Mary" gives birth without knowing man (strictly this means virgin)

Whats makes you think that Jesus didn't read the prophesies that they wrote down and then acted them out so that people thought that he was the person that they prophesied about.....Because if you had any knowledge at all then you would know that it wasn't Jesus who full filled the prophesies in the bible it was in fact Constantine....so Good try but your wrong.

I see someone else is preaching, not asking questions. I won't take time to read your sermon. If I want to hear one, I'll attend church with my sister. You cannot prove anything by quoting Bible verses. I can quote many that are contradictory and/or scientifically inaccurate. Revelation 6:13-14 says stars fell unto earth and the sky rolled up like a scroll. This reflects a primitive belief that the sky is a dome a few miles above us. Some Greek sages, e.g. Erastosthenes, Hipparchus and Aristarchus, knew much more than the author of Revelation. Stars are too huge and too distant to fall to earth, and they'd burn it to a cinder from millions of miles. The sky is space,so there's nothing to roll up. The Bible says Judas died by hanging and also says he died by falling. It's a sin and it isn't to divorce and remarry. God inspired David's census, and the Devil did it. There are dozens of flaws in the Bible, so I do not believe any of it. You waste time to quote myths to people who put Logic and Science ahead of Fantasy.

Okay, you are getting annoying. Are you a new Christian? Your questions are taking things out of context, and you don't seem to be researching them thouroughly. Just because you quote some scripture does not make it so. According to the Bible, yes Jesus is the Son of God. But, not everyone believes in the Bible, and you quoting it all the time isn't going to change their mind. In fact, you are probably pushing them farther away. Muslims believe in their own redeemer, so telling them they are wrong is not going to make the situation any better. Get a life!

I was born Cristian, I have only recently honestly tried to get in touch with what I believe and I only just bought myself a Bible, Im yet to start on it, but I have time on my side. I read these sections and they all ring true to my heart and my head, I don't just believe what is writen, I feel as though these are words to the faith I've always had inside. hmmm...arent we all supposed to be the children of god?? who wants a god that favors some of its creation over others? isnt god supposed to be forgiving and accepting of all? then why would "every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus Christ not belong to God" ?? please the whole teaching contradicts itself. you cannot condemn anyone for believing in another religion, you just dont have the right.
