It depends what color you are now and how much of a change that you want. I am very fair skined with natural blonde hair too. I have gone to darker blondes and everyone says that looks good. I went red one winter and I really liked it but I got mixed reviews on it. Go and try some wigs on before you do a color change. That can give you a good ideas as to what will work with your skin. THats what gave me the idea to try red tones. Good Luck.

I would say a light brown with highlights would look best on you. Think Micha Barton in the OC! Vist this site for some pictures: http://www.thehairstyler.com/celebrity_hairstyle.asp?name=Mischa+Barton
Remember though, that the colours that suited you before may well not suit the darker-haired you, so some changes may need to be made to your wardrobe and makeup. I would recommend you use a little self-tan. Not so much that you look like you've been Tango-d though! If you get a moisturiser which contains some self tan you can build up a light, natural-looking tan gradually.
I would advise you to book up a consultation at a hairdressers. They are free, and your not obliged to get a cut or any other treatment there. It's a chance for to explain what you want, the effect you want to create, maintenance (how much time you can spend on it) and your budget. Remember, you'll get roots, so upkeep could be quite expensive. They stylist will hopefully be able to give you a few ideas, if not, try somewhere else. For such a dramatic colour change, I would definitely recommend you get your hair done professionally, especially the first time.
Good luck! I'm sure it will look great!

Are your talking hair? Just get some highlights - easy maintenance.
OR
Are you speaking of makeup? If so, check this link out. http://www.make-upusa.com/faq/makeup.htm
1) Warm Pinks
Because of your peach undertones, these colors will warm up your light skin without adding too much color.
2) Taupes
Perfect for the eyes, Just enough color to give definition, but just right for the daytime use. For those of you who want to emphasize your eyes, but not call attention to the fact that you are wearing makeup.
3) Violet
Use this shade for eye liner and be sure that it is smudged right into the lash line.
4) Ivory or Pale Peach
These two colors will work well as a highlighter for you.
5) Shades of Brown
Using browns of varying shades will work well in the crease area of the eye.
6) More on Browns
Brown shadows will also work well with your coloring, but try mixing other colors into the brown as well for an interesting way to get a bit more mileage from your shadows.
7) Golden Apricot
Another lid shade that offers a subtle effect.
8) Grass Green
Especially effective for spring.
9) Bronze
A soft bronze will offer a hint of color on your cheeks. Feel free to mix in touches of peach or pink.
10) Most Shades of Blue
You seem to have the most success with so many different shades of blue. They can be used from liners to shadows with great ease.

Have u considered just going for thick low lights, ud b better getting foils not the cap and just getting ur t-bar or half head done to begin with, ur hairdresser should b able to show u a colour chart and depending what brands they use js go for a shade or 2 lighter than ur natural colour, remember with foils or easy meche u dont need to stick to js one colour, so dont be afraid to ask ur hairdresser to show you different colours/styles and dont let anyone talk you into something ur not sure about, some hairdressers can be pushy. Good luck n Im sure it will look fab xx

Try a strawberry rusty red kind of color. Not too bright or go with a golden brown shade.
Don't get black, that will be too dark for your complexion.

I would just go a shade or two darker than your natural shade. If you go too dark, it will make your skin look pasty.

My friend is just like you - she's got very pale skin, light hair and eyes. She tried to dye her hair to light red-orange, and now she looks more alive than before!
