Ok i was reading about OCD, and i was wondering if these are signs:
i constantly have to make sure the doors are locked
i always feel theres someone following me so i have to turn and look all the time.
i saw on wikipedia that hoarding is a sign. i do that too.
and i also saw compulsive skin picking, and it says scalp too, and that they often creat something to pick like scabs. and i do that.
i also have to watch south park over and over and even if i dont like the episode i find myself watching it yet again.
is this really signs of OCD? If it is how can i convince my parents to take me to a doctor? they never listen to me!

It sounds like you may have a mild case of OCD (though I'm not a doctor). But the feeling like someone is following you sounds more like some kind of paranoia disorder...which wouldn't be too shocking if you do end up having OCD, because people who have one mental disorder tend to have many.

It's hard to diagnose OCD vs. another type of compulsive, paranoid, or obsessive disorder. You should see a professional. It may just be a matter or you dealing with the underlying cause of the above symptoms. Talking to a professional may help you to do that, and, at the very least find out why you are engaging in these behaviors. I'm sure if you explained to your parents they would understand. If not, talk to a councilor at your school or a friend - they can direct you to community resources available in your area.

They may be possible signs, but I also know of people who have signs that seem to point to OCD, but after seeking treatment, they were actually diagnosed as having ADD or ADHD. A lot of time the symptoms of different "disorders" overlap another. Try not to jump to conclusions about what may or may not be going on. If your parents won't take you to speak to a psychologist, you should talk to your school counselor and have them contact your parents about taking you to see a more specialized counselor of some type. Sometimes parents are in denial that there child may not be "perfect" according to the world's standards and needs a little extra attention to help them function on a comfortable level.
Good luck.

Yep honey those all sound like signs of OCD and it is no fun I know because I have it too. Go to a doctor preferably a Psychiatrist and let him know what you are telling us. There is a medication called Luvox that is for OCD. Prozac is also effective for OCD. Don't suffer needlessly get help you will be grateful for the help in the long run.

Yes, they are signs of obsessive compulsive behavior. Just how much of the things you mentioned do you do in a day? Just about everybody do things you mention. The question is, "does it affect your personal life or prevent you from doing things you want to do?"
You may benefit from talking to a psychologist. Psychologist is a mental disease specialist but do so through counseling. He or she will not (can not) prescribe you a medication or surgery. You can think of him/her as a highly trained counselor.
If your parents doesn't want to see the problem, talk to your school counselor. Then have him/her write you a note to take to your parents.

Well i am kenny, I am kenny seems if all you want is for things to be in order and you keep everything, i would say keep yourself and your things clean and nice.Locking the doors all the time keep doing that to i spent 30 months In the wa state pen. and i have met the worst of the worst. People are by nature predators on the weak. Now if you if you feel gittury all the time during these little rituals then just tell your parents flat out they might be more thoughtful than you think.

Your self awareness indicates that you may have mild symptoms but probably not classical OCD. Relax and try to change your own behaviour. OCD is a very debilitating disorder and you may simply have to break some old habits.
