It reminds me of the bratty title character from the Beverly Cleary books. They still read those around the third grade or so, are you sure you'd want your niece to have to go through life with that?

In Spanish it doesn't pull a nice chord. It sounds more like the name fit for a domineering redneck big mama

In spanish it sounds very strong. But its a good name, not very common though.
