I am trying to dial my friend who lives in Bangkok. I am currently located in China. She gave me her number which starts with 07 (I believe it is a cellphone). How would I need to dial if dialing from outside the country!
Please help!

it's cellphone number.and from september 1,2006 our country changing to use 10number with all cellphone numbers also.
Example
if your mobile phone is (country is +66)9 123 4567
so u just put number 8 in front of cellphone number
(+66) 8 9 123- 4567

0066 to call +66 to text - leave out the 0. It is a mobile phone but do not worry too much about the change of mobile number here in Thailand as the number will still be working until the 30th of November,

Hi, you can dial + (IDD outgoing) 66 (Thailand country code) 7xxxxxxxx of your friend's number without the '0' in front.
Easy.

Its depend on how you will call,,
If you use international phone card, you can intruction from them..But you need to know thai land code which is 66
If you use your line phone or mobile phone to call directly you sould dial + 66 87 +++ ++++
