there are 307 different compounds in coffee, only about 100 have been isolated and identified.
increasing numbers of people are displaying sensitivities to coffee that include elevated blood pressure, increased acid production in the intestinal tract and altered states of consciousness. These sensitivities occur in decaf as well as regular coffee, so it isn't the caffiene that is doing it. But just what is doing it is unknown. Doesn't happen with tea, or other caffienated beverages, so far, only coffee.

I have been drinking Coffee since I was 14, Now 42,
And drink about 20 cup's a day.
And i'm in great shape

Coffe contains caffeine, which is addictive. Caffeine also interferes with Calcium absorbtion.

1-2 cups a day won't hurt..

I find caffeine keeps me awake at night and then I use it in the morning to not feel tired...Being tired all the time isnt good for your immune system, I'm sick all the time...But coke is my addiction..not coffee...

i think anything in moderation wont do any harm
