is that a lot? i did dance dance revolution on work out mode and it said i did the equivalent of jogging 5 miles, but before i started workout mode i did it for a while on regular mode, so i'd say about 5 1/2 - 6 miles. If i do that everyday would i need to do any other exercises? it's a lot of fun and the only exercising i have ever enjoyed.

The repetitive nature of playing DDR can be a bit tough on your joints, but assuming that DDR's estimation is correct, you probably burned around 450 - 550 calories. Not bad. I also assume it got your heart rate up too.

These are all good things. Just be careful you don't get too much of a good thing. Injuries result when you push yourself too hard, too soon.

However, nice work and keep it up.

You may not feel it now, but this is too much for your knees. The cartilage on your knees is being worn off. You'll feel the pain in your later years.

that's great, i think you need to walk 10 miles per day so that will set haft of it.
