The best way I control my anger is to get away from that person for a while. Think about what is more important. The person or your anger. Just laugh at the little things. I know they irrate you, but is it really that bad. If it is, then it's the person who irritates you.

Hi,,, I have an anger problem also,,, i knew something was wrong and went to my regular doctor and explained it to him.,, he got me on Prozac and Buspar,,,, it helps,,,, no you do not walk around in a coma,, you don't really notice it,, but when I get Cranked up,,,, it helps me to control it,,,, and not go Condition Red....
