Unfortunately, no. Hair grows at a rate of about 1cm a month, and all the conditioning treatments in the world won't change that.

However, damaged hair won't grow at all. Once the ends split, that's as long as that hair will get. So, the best thing to do is to limit the use of heated stylers (curling tongs, straighteners etc) and allow your hair to dry naturally instead of blowdrying. Don't use harsh chemicals on your hair - if possible don't dye your hair or perm it, and avoid chlorine and saltwater. And never brush your hair when wet.

Go for regular trims, but make sure you tell your hairdresser that you are growing your hair, and therefore should only cut off the split ends.

Supplements from a health food store such as seaweed or kelp can stimulate hairgrowth, but you won't have waist length hair within a week.

Not technically, the rate of hair growth is determined by genetics and no product can change your genetic make up. There are products that help prevent breakage of the hair so that your hair at least appears to grow faster.

some say going to get your hair trimmed will cause your hair to grow faster. However, it's not true. The only thing really to get your hair to be healthy and grow is to eat the proper veggies and fruits.

Wash your hair as often as you can, and keep brushing your hair. It's like a plant, the more you water it, the more and faster it will grow, and cut it once a week, even if for one to two centimeters only. It's like a fingernail, it grows the moment you cut it.
