First of all it's Julia Childs and Julia Childs is dead.
Find out what channel the recipe aired on and go to their web site...there might be a copy of it there.

Julia Child died a number of years ago - so you must have been watching a repeat. Also, she did number of different types of shows so you won't be able to narrow it down until you figure out which one you were watching. Sorry!

That could be hard question to answer. You see....she died a few years back. Where you watching her on a show? If yes you can type the show name onto Google and find the recipes. Other than that I don't know how to help you.
