You really can't uninstall Windows. If you uninstall your OS, you will be left with a PC that is essentially useless, unless you have something else ready to take it's place like Linux or something similar. You will have to reformat your PC and not install Windows XP and insert your other OS CD at that point.

The easiest way to uninstall windows xp is to format your HDD. But when you do not have any operating system (ie. Windows XP), The computer won't even boot up. I really don't know what's the purpose of doing it.
If you want to uninstall and reinstall. Simply get you windows XP CD and reboot the computer with the CD. Follow the prompt then you can reinstall everything.

Why? What are you going to use to boot your computer up with after that? Do you have an OS on disk to replace WinXP? if so, all you need to do is reformat the hard drive and then load your new OS in on reboot.
If you don't have another OS ready, then you probably don't want to uninstall Windows XP until you do.
