I walk on the streets of australia and see some muslims covered from head to feet with only 2 holes for the eyes.
How in God's name will i know if they are men or women? And how am i supposed to know if they are suicide bombers?

I don't know why do you assume that all covered ones are suicide bombers.
1-The majority coverd are woman, and those woman cover themself to protect themself from others, their is no any danger in them. a man only covers himslef in this way if he has the intention to do some crimes, like theft, entetring into some woman gettogathers, or spoiling the image of a muslim woman.And this man can be a non muslim also. Anybody can cover himself or herself and do some mischief under this. But even though they can be caught and handled to the officials.
2- You have to understand that everywhere there is a security system and it is effective, no Muslim man or woman can go through it without being detected. It is the media that have made you suspect every muslim, if anybody really have managed to escape these securities then they are already have been helped by those who are incharge. And the reason is to make stories and stick it on the muslims. A simple muslim or muslima always respects the rule and regulation of the counrty in which he/she lives, he/she is never a threat to others.
3- I suggest that you try talking to some of those families you see around you, be polite and tell them that you want to know and just curious about them, you will see that most of them will welcome you especially if you talk to men who are with the woman, do not try to aproach the woman alone because she may misunderstand you. You will see how polite and friendly they are. They are just normal human beings, you should not believe all what is said and lied in the media. Muslim means peace. You should not look at them as they have landed from some other planets, afterall they are your brothers and sisters from Adam and Eve.
4- whenever you hear a suicide story or anything about a muslim go for several sources and then you will certaily find that all is made up agaist Islam by the media which is controlled by Zionist. So read and find out before believing blindly.
and once you know the other side of the story you will see a lot of difference to what you think and act.

well, they are females, usually. If they are males in disguise, it's possible , and potential suicide bombers. If you feel alerted, call the police, by all means.Don't you think your police are dumbs not keeping an eye on them?
As your situation is in Australia, the temperature is hot indeed, especially if one is fully covered. But have you tried covering yourself, when you get used to it, it is more comforting than to be exposed the the uv rays of the sun which is carcenogenic. Those women aught to be wearing uv protected sunglasses for their eyes.
Speaking of beauty, if a skin is not exposed much to the uv rays, they are smoother and beautiful than those who expose their skins.They will not suffer premature wringkling of the skin, won't look old their age, therefore more blessed.

I'm not Muslim, but I believe that it is traditionally only women who wear a Burka (the covering).
Also I think you may like to think of your next question in another way - anybody (of any origin) could be wearing a detonating device or carrying a weapon under a jacket, in their trousers or within almost any other piece of 'western' clothing. I understand your fearful reaction to not being able to identify someone by their face, but that doesn't make that person a terrorist.

This is a natural phenomenon in some Muslim countries: very young children are seen crying and wandering looking for their mothers. These children are usually lost in the mall, department stores, souks or supermarkets, and they could not tell who their mothers were because they (the mothers) are covered from head to toe.

they may be hot, but they are aware that the hell fire is hotter. It is women that wear that so you should be able to know that way. Suicide bombers? you shouldnt worry about that.
