I calculate September 11 to be next Monday.

The attack can't happen twice, in case you missed it, the World Trade Center was reduced to a multi-story hole in the ground.

I would say our risk for a repeat just because it's an anniversary is about as bad as that of the Columbine shootings happening again on April 20th, or the world ending on January 1st, 2000, or June 6, 2006. Please.

Every spring we remember the fallen-Memorial Day. Every June we remember the fallen-D Day. Every July we remember the fallen-Independance Day. Every November we remember the fallen-Armistice Day. December-Pearl Harbor. Every day when I drive on post I remember the fallen, the landscaping is dotted with memorials as new as OIF II. **** happens every day of the year. Where's your flag today?

How could we possibly forget 9/11 since Bush mentions it in every sentence he speaks and has used it as justification for every immoral, illegal, and ill-fated decision he has made since September 12, 2001. A terrorist attack like 9/11 will inevitably happen again because we have been poking the bee hive with a stick for the last 5 years. The only way to prevent it is to turn America into a theocratic police state which the Bush administration is trying their damnedest to do. Freedom isn't free, nor is it safe.

unfortunately i think that it is inevitable, maybe rail ways, or a cruse ship run full bore into a water front city, nobody knows, but it will happen. I'm a bit of an anti american (and a anerican) myself, not the people really, but the gov. and policies. it seems that money is more important than human life. even celebs. (jay leno & french for example) that bash other countries for not joining your war just provoke people. face it in the opening days of the war pretty well every american was in support of it, the countries that didn't join, were ememies(either with us or against us attitude) well people in other coutries will remember that for a very long time. canada, germany, france, australla even brittan as well at un wepon insp. knew and told your leaders there was no wmd.it seems that americans are brain washed by fox news and cnn. try watching news from another county an see the diference. now bushy jr. wont deal with kin jong(?) lift the santions of notrh korea & talk with them. they (people) need help not a war. the reason korea has a millon man army and nukes is that they feal threatened, get your gov. to stop sticking there nose in, stop trying to police the world(un's job) and don't be so dam pig headed. i think you will get farther and maybe start gaining allies back

The Muslim fanatics, in accordance with the Koran have given us the three choices laid out by Mohamed.
1. All of us should convert to Islam and live under Sharia Law
2.We can pay enormous taxes and be permitted to live under Sharia law and not convert.
3.If we refuse the above two choices, then we should all be killed as brutally as possible.

There is a fourth choice, fight them until they stop trying to impose their will on all of us.

Yes it is bound to happen again We 1st off still have not learned to stop sticking our noses into other countries affairs. Secondly we allow foreign interests to handle our port security. So yes it is bound to happen again. When we start realizing that terrorism is more of a law enforcement issue than a military one we may get some real progress in putting a stop to it.

Unfortunately. When defending yourself against a group of people who would rather die than live and have focused on your destruction, you cannot stop every attack before it happens. Sooner or later they will probably be successful again. The only way to be sure it won't happen is total annihilation of your enemy.

It will happen again if the US government has an interest in some other country. US government has an interest now in Sudan since it seems to be rich with oil, so do not be shocked if something similar happened and our government claimed that the terrorists came from Sudan.

September 11 usually happens about once a year, somewhere between September 10 and September 12.

It's just a matter of time. One thing I have learned about evil doers in my lifetime experience, is that that they will continue their evil doing relentlessly until and unless you break their backs.
We, all peoples, must not squint, trade off or in any way show the slightest willingness to give in to their agenda.

Since when has North Korea been a nuclear threat to the US? They can't even get the missle off the ground.
