i went to the cinema last night with my boyfriend. everything went good but i wont go into all the details. lets jus say it was very fun. after the film finished he told me to stay where i was until everyone had gone out. i think i he was going to say something. but stupid me said why are we waiting? so he said i was just waiting for the stairs to clear so we could get down easier. i know this wasnt the case and later on he kept saying how he was going to tell me something but then forgot? any suggestions what it could be??

No-one can know but hopefully time will tell. It could be any one of the things already suggested, or it could just be that he disliked the idea of crowding out with everyone else. Or maybe he'd noticed someone else there that he wanted to avoid and hoped they'd not notice him and leave. Personally my guess is he was telling you the truth and really was just avoiding the crowds. If he's never told you he loves you, he isn't likely to ask you to spend the rest of your life with him either.
I recommend you wait patiently for a while longer and see. It's imperative that he treats you with kindness, consideration and courtesy as a matter of course, not just for special occasions. No amount of spoken "I love yous" can outweigh an obvious indifference to you in the way he acts, so rather than guessing what he might be thinking, let his treatment of you be your guide. You should value yourself highly enough that if his general behaviour to you lacks those qualities of kindness, consideration and courtesy, you ought to consider whether it's worth continuing with this relationship. ah bless us woman have got no patience or maybe you sensed there was something going on and didnt want to hear what was being said. go somewhere nice and relaxed and try to have a cosy chat without mentioning the other night (cos that might just embarrase him) and see what happens. good luck.

Not so sound morbid but maybe he wants to break up with you? Maybe he chickened out? Or it could be the exact opposite and he want's to ask you to marry him? Have a sit down and a chat with him.
