i prefer tea
i don't drink coffee

Hang on, im going to do a test for you. Here we are, 1 tea and 1 coffee. The tea is PG and the coffee is Nescafe. Right, first the coffee, slerp, not bad but a little sugar would help. Now the tea, slerp, thats quite good as well. I suppose that i shall have to do the ultimate test, with a biscuit, Hummm, that makes a lot of differance. My conclusion Watson is, The tea with the biscuit and the coffee without. I have noticed that the coffee would improve a little with a touch of cinnamon.

Stay with coffee as I do, since it has flavanoids. Though tea has got them too, yet it is not good for stomach linings and may cause gastritis. Both have caffeine and tea got lesser doses. But avoid stronger flavors in coffee and go for the filter kind. Keeps you stimulated and alert. You wont even catch neither Alzimeer disease nor cancer. That is what research says.

I like them both at different times of the day and even different times of the year.....
In the morning I drink coffee, in the afternoon I like iced tea.
During the fall/winter I still drink coffee but in the afternoon/evening I like hot tea.
