I started it yesterday and I am craving chocolate, but did not give in to temptation. :) I was wondering if this diet worked for anyone. I just need a kick start to get my weight down. I'm walking 3 miles a day 5 days a week, and stopped drinking soda pop and increased the water.

to me, it doesn't matter what kind of diet you are participating to so long as you reduce or eliminate your intake of fattening and sweet food and drinks and junk foods. that makes a difference. and most of all with exercise
