It depends on why he's your ex in the first place. Who broke off the relationship--and why? Some things aren't worth doing a second time. Like the other poster said--there's a reason you split up.

Why on earth would you want your ex back?...remind yourself of all the reason he became your ex in the first place...sometimes, not saying this is true with you, it's a case of "i dont want you, but i dont want anyone else to have you either, you need to move on, not backwards.

Its probably not the best idea if he broke up with you but if you broke up with him then say your sorry and you want to get back together with him
