Actually MB & Mb are the represent the exact same thing.It is just a different way of say it &/or writing it.

Have always seen them used interchangable. mb, Mb, and MB are all megabytes (or megabits - as bytes and bits are also the same thing). Just depends on how lazy you are about hitting the cap button.
