I have really shakey hands, I can't hold them steady, and I don't drink any kind of caffiene. My brother says it's early signs of Parkinson's disease, but my dad says it's caused by stress, but I don't feel stressed. What do you think it is and how can I cure it?

You should see a doctor. May want to have some blood drawn to make sure you don't have any deficiencies. If your potassium is to low you may get the shakes. Also if your magnesium is to low. If you not getting enough sleep or rest that may increase your stress. I would first see a doctor. In the mean time eat some bananas and when was last time you had some O.J. in morning it has loads of potassium. Good Luck.

If you find out, let me know. I am 42 yrs old and have had a tremor in my left hand for at least 20 years. Its not noticeable unless I attempt to pick up a newspaper or try to do something with my left hand. My older brother does the same thing and he is left handed and cannot even write a check at the supermarket. Its aggrivating. The doctor calls it a benign tremor.
The doc prescribes a beta blocker for it.

You failed to mention age, but it is true that shaking hands are an early sign of Parkinson's. However other things can contribute to the shakiness, including heavy caffeine intake, smoking, sugar diabetes or low blood sugar, etc. It is best evaluated by a physician.

Maybe your blood sugar level is high. Your body naturally shakes to burn energy. If you exercise, it should quell the shakes.
