Most women cheat because something is seriously lacking in their marriage/relationship--usually, a sense of solid emotional connection.
Sure, if you're working, you're more likely to meet someone who can fill the need your spouse doesn't--or won't. It's all about the opportunity. Undoubtedly, a women who stays at home has the same dissatisfaction, but may not have the same opportunity to get involved with another man.

I think all the artical was saying is that in todays day and age a career woman has her own shitt, so alot of them KNOW what they want, and they KNOW what they don't want. And when they're out in the world as opposed to being at home and they see something else, the grass begins to look greener, they suddenly realize oh snap....I can get at this if I want. Or what, I don't have to take this anymore, I make my own money, I'm out!....I want a divorce.

I don't agree with it. It has to do with the commitment level with her relationship. If she truly loves her husband and her marriage, she should be willing to work things out.
Also, her personality is a second factor. If she is weak willed to the temptation of another person, that just shows how much she doesn't care about her marriage and herself. But if she was to cheat, it wouldn't just happen in the workplace.
Basically, all women are unique and different, but what it all comes down to is her commitment to her husband and if she is happy in the marriage.

That's absurd. The chances of a woman cheating, if they are working, are no more likely than a man cheating if they are working. Really, working has nothing to do with it. A cheater is a cheater, no matter what their "career" is.

I believe that the percentage of women who work and cheat is probably higher than the percentage of women who don't work and cheat. Working women have more opportunity's. More people they come into contact with.

I don't agree, if women want to cheat, they will find a way no matter if they have a career or stay at home.

That is so not true I am married have 2 kids and work a full time job. How do we do it. We focus on our family and each other. We work on our relationship not get a new one. When we fight we walk away and talk later when we calm down. If you want to stay married you have to be willing to work at it.

I don't think you can make that generalization but I'm sure it happens. Hell, we have a good friend who was married for 15 years, 3 kids and one day, dad moved out and into a little place with his secretary, twenty years his junior. Mom was devastated, sure it can happen the other way around.....

Absolutely not true! I know of at least 5 stay-at-home mom's who spent their time on the Internet and met on-line lovers. Two of them even picked up and left their life here to be with the person they met on-line!
