omit the oatmeal and it will be great you may want to only use a couple of the fruits instead of all of them

Mixed Fruit Smoothie

1/2 cup of fresh strawberries
1 chopped apple (Remove the skin.)
1 chopped banana
1 cup milk
ice cream or yogurt (preferable)
Blend these ingredients together to make a zesty yet creamy smoothie, banana and strawberry blend really well whilst the apple gives the smoothie a bit of cinnamon, I find this to be a very filling smoothie.

in the starting up, positioned the strawberries in a bowl, sprinkle w/ sugar and some tablespoons of water. this can make basically about a sugary syrup. Freeze the strawberries. trust me, the smoothie will flavor so a lot more effective w/ frozen strawberries. strawberries in syrup a million great banana a million cup milk a million cup chilly water a million teaspoon vanilla extract 12 ice cubes mix 1st 5 elements in a blender. upload ice cubes a million or 2 at a time via actual of lid even as blending. Serve at latest. it really is oh so good!! :)

Take Out The Oatmeal and Cinnamon. It will taste really yucky if you keep the cinnamon in there, even though you want it. Try Something like this...

Ingredients:
Strawberrires
1 Banana, ( It doesn't have to be completly ripe, but good enough to use)
Vanilla Yogurt
And 1 tablespoon of sugar.

use a little honey instead of sugar and use a frozen banana for thickness, along with a bit of fruit juice. Throw in a bit of ice if it's not as thick as you want it.
I put a little fresh flaxseed and hemp that I get from the health food store in mine. It doesn't alter the taste and is so healthy.
My very favorite smoothies are the ones with freshly cut melons - watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydo - it's a wonderful taste.

It sounds like it may need a little bit more liquid. Try either ice or some milk. Sounds like the cinnamon may be a bit too much for the other flavors, too. Let us know how it turns out!

My favorite smothie mix is
Banana
Strawberry
Strawberry Yogurt
3 tablespoons of Splenda
And a lemon on the side....

It taste soo freakin awesome...

but i think in yours you might want to add more fruits because trust me...the oatmeal is going to overpower the taste......(oatmeal smoothies- not the greatest thing in the world)

actually they make your smoothie a little bland tasteing...so dont add SOO much oatmeal.

Sounds good except for the raw oatmeal. I plan on possible strawberries, orange juice, protein, and crushed ice.
