It's the other way around. Many "religious" people actually use their religion to support their hatred of any minority group. Anyone who is different than them in some way is a target. These people may be gay or bisexual themselves, have family members who might be gay or bisexual, or feel that somehow non-straights are responsible for some perceived wrong done to them. Many supposedly religiouos people are oftentimes outcasts from their own traditional religious groups.

Your question is too general and too simplistic. Assuming that all gay people are bigot [sic] to Religious people is as absurd as saying all religious people are bigoted towards homosexuals.

ok...first of all earlier you bypass throwing out what the Bible says..you will possibly desire to make a notation of the place interior the Bible the scripture is stumbled on. So frankly...you do no longer understand what God sees as quickly as I pray at nighttime, he would not see the grotesque, he sees the broken and the harm, and he heals...God has forgiven us of the "grotesque"..in basic terms because of the fact we are Christians..would not supply us rights to be holier than thou to non-Christians or fellow Christians, nor does it supply us the perfect to sentence absolutely everyone..God is the only decide...So frankly i'm not sure what you attempt to end by ability of asserting what you reported..a minimum of you realize sin is sin...i do no longer think of that somebody who wears jewelry yet says that homosexuality is a sin is a non secular bigot (that's in basic terms an occasion)....

Maybe it is the unbridled hate exhibited by religionists against gays that causes them to retaliate in kind. Leave the gays alone, let them get married. they deserve to be as miserable as the rest of us. Besides, they don't breed like rutting weasel immigrants from Cathoholic countries.

Often, people give as good as they get. Many religions have persecuted homosexuals, and in return, the religious people get bitterness.

Many are angry because God's word denounces their life style. When Christians quote the scriptures they view this as hatemongering. I say if you don't like God's word then take it up with God on judgement day, he'll clear up any misconceptions then.

Well, everyone is different for one thing. And some gay people think the church hates them. that's not true at all. I'm catholic and lesbian and i know that my religon simply doesn't agree with my sexuality like society on some parts, but I wouldn't break away from God. But everyone, like iI said, is different.
