It is religion that is one of Humanity's greatest threats. We come here to observe and offer a way to save yourselves the misery religion is causing your species. Over the centuries, your planet was a curious place to visit once or twice and was not considered very interesting . Sure, your wars showed us how undeveloped you are as a species and your infantile,(in cosmic terms) dependence on god concepts does not bode well for you. We are now showing an interest in you because it is not often that we get to observe a species commit suicide. You are so close to maturing as a sentient species and it will be a shame to see you kill yourselves. There are just not enough of you becoming rational enough to force the issue. You let the least among you determine your fate, so be it.

If people ask questions in an open forum they have to be prepared to get some answers they may not like. If not then just go to church and preach to the choir.
As long as its not nasty its fun- fer instance. what if I said to a UFO person- Hey, if they can build spaceships, they surely must know about radio. Why instead of coming all the way here, why don't they send us a radio message? That's a reasonable question, not rude and may get them to think.

I'm here because religion is one of my interests. I practiced Judaism, became a devout Christian for several years while in my teens, and now I am a devout Reincarnationist whose "religion" is along the lines of Deism. Christianity is a mindlock for many people who are seeking answers, and as I have been there & done that, I can relate to them. And one very good reason nonbelievers are here is because of the state of politics in this country, when fundamentalist Christians are trying to impose their views on all Americans, when we are involved in a senseless war under a leader who thinks he was chosen by God to bring about the end of the world, and when Christians want to limit the freedoms of those with whom they disagree. When UFOists start trying to infringe upon your rights and freedoms, you might find yourself "trolling" their forums too.

It's called free speech. It's okay to tell people that you disagree with them. It's not rude or mean to back up your assertions with reasonable, forceful arguments. It's not even rude to just say "you're nuts" and leave it at that. (You could do that on those UFO sites, nobody will stop you.)
As for your beliefs, obviously they're very strong, therefore you have little to be personally concerned about. It's okay to not understand everything.

some times you know something and when you look at around you see many people does not know it correctly When you have bread and realise others donot have, dont you share it? And also you need some other knowledge others share with you. And here is a meeting point, people is here because they really would like to learn therefore you do not bore people who are not interested in religion IT IS NOT SOMETHING LIKE UFO because I believe that people will form their life in hereafter according to their believes and behaviours in this world so I can not say no matter what he/she thinks about God. I believe that a person's eternal life will be affected according to his/her choices and I share my knowledge only, they have free will. All the best : )

The Muslims no doubt asked the Christians the same thing during the Crusades as no doubt the South American trbes asked the Spaniards.
At least we're not killing in the name of some god.

I think it's for arguments, people like to argue and put there point across and then feel better inside because they are superior with their amazing logic.
I would say that more people have become athiest or at least had their faith tested after reading these answers than have become God-fearing people, so they must be doing something right? (in their eyes)
"minds are like parachutes they only operate when open" -it's not true really though is it.

Many mainstream Christians believe the possibility of life on other planets but are unsure if people on those other planets would actually visit the likes of us.

This is an open forum that needs an opposing view .
We need to have dialog in order to have a meaningful discussion .
If we all agreed on everything -this would be one boring world.
Having an exchange of ideas and beliefs opens ones mind for thought and change .Listening is a big part of Growth.
Learning is a big part of change and acceptance.
Sorry to invade YOUR SPACE.
No one told me we weren`t allowed to be be free minded and truthful.
