Possibly nothing. The glass could get bound up with the food as it is digested and pass from your body naturally. However it is also possible that you could get internal lacerations which may or may not heal. A lot depends on how much glass and how big the pieces are. Watch for any blood in your stools and if you have any, go to your hospital emergency room.

if they were large enough to cause damage, you would feel them as you chewed and spit out the food.
If they were so finely ground that you couldn't detect them...they would safely pass through the body.
