Enjoy your lunch, don't slurp your soup and pudding should be low calorie or you'll end up a fat git. But it sounds reasonably healthy - getting 3 portions of veg - eat some fruit that's 4 and some salad for tea and you'll get you 5 fruit and veg in for the day!
