No. Unless she's a genetic freak.
There's a reason why men box against men, and women box against women. Evolution made men physically stronger.
Now I know that's not politically correct to say, and a lot of people don't want to hear it, but that's just the way it is.
These nonsensical notions that feminists and their fellow travellers have put into womens' heads, that somehow they can match a man physically, does women a major disservice.
It will get some girls hurt. Or worse.

When I first began to box I spent a good deal of time learning how to punch, yeah, that's right. Learning how to punch and jab. When you train, if you have a good coach he or she will help you develop what skills you have, become a better puncher. I had a strong right but with the training that right became a compact powerful punch. I believe a good coach can do the same for anyone, provided they work at it and do the training. So, now that I've spent 5 minutes giving my spiel, here's my answer. YES, a woman could knock out a man with a single punch. It doesn't happen very often but it could happen.

Depend. boxing isn't a magic art. It's a skill. It depend on so many things such as:
-how big you and your opponent are
-how fast you can move
-how fast your opponent react
-your opponent's health history
-Your trainer
-how you train
-is your opponent trained?
-who attack who first and how?
-your mental setting
-your opponent's mental set
-angle of your punch
-where your punch come from (side of opponent? Square in front of opponent? Or where else?)
and list goes on. Mike Tyson have got in real fight few time and didn't knock every single person out.
However if you're good at boxing, yes you should be able to kick man's *** if he doesn't know how to fight. As for knock out, that's not a question that could be answer.

A single punch on a big strong guy.... yah, but it needs to land perfectly.
Now if she kicked him, thats another story. I watched a 5' tall woman take out a 6' tall dude with a Tae Kwon Do reverse side-kick to the jaw. He was out cold for a while

Yes.
Just like any other confrontation however, she would need to catch him off his guard i.e. after he has thrown a punch or when he fell for a fake. It is difficult to knock someone one out when they are alert and in fight mode. Knocking someone out is more often the result of repeated smaller hits building up over the course of a fight.

Depends on where she hits him, actually... Sometimes, a karate chop to the side of the neck, or a straight punch "right on the money" so to speak, can knock out even the best-conditioned men.

yes, but it's not about martial arts, or boxing (well maybe boxing)
if she has a strong upper body and depending on the guy, she can knock a man out.

Yes, there are plenty of women who can do that. A trained woman certainly could, its skill and talent.
