It's best to get another under counter fridge as it will look better especially if it has a matching door to the rest of the cupboards. However, so long as your new fridge fits snugly with enough 'breathing space' at the back, get whatever you want. And please don't dump your old one, phone the council and arrange to get it collected and disposed of for free.

Buy anything you want and have the money for dear. But you will still have a broken under counter refrigerator until you throw the old one out. Then you will have an empty space until you fill it with something. Maybe you would want to put an under the counter refrigerator there.
