not if she takes care of the skin while loosing. Use Coco butter on the area exercise and drink plenty of water. Loosing to fast will cause stretch marks. But by being young there is a better chance the elasticity in the skin will reshape.

Very unlikely. The people you see with disfigured bodies (tons of loose skin) had massive weight loss in the order of over 100 pounds. Furthermore, the older you get the less elastic your skin becomes, and at 16 your skin won't have that problem.

If the Weight loss is slow and gradual then no. Young skin that has not been stretched for long has a lot of elasticity and will tighten back up.
