Well this is really scary theres this guy i set next to I mean right next to him and were in all the same classes and when we were in 2cnd grade he touched one of my best friends and know he likes me and his telling people iim his girfriend.And telling them gross stuff.I dont know if i should tell my teacher or not im really afriad please you guys help me out! I dont know if i should email my teacher or call jy teacher which would be better if you guys answer ill help alot with ur questions ill give it my best try and i bet we have same problems...Soooooo if you do answer me back thanx alot and plz give it ur best shot.AND ONE more thing i always know have to wear somthing that dont let my boobs show or my butt smaller.Thats how scary it is he has raped girl i hvae heared.Plz tell me what i should do...??

Sounds like you need to talk to the teacher and the school councillor.
Also talk with your parents.
You need to express your concerns.

Im not sure which grade you are in now and how old you are. However its still considered sexual harassment. You need to talk to your teacher or other adult staff member at your school and let them know as well as let your parents know.
They will put a stop to him harassing you. Its not your fault its his, he is a sick individual that needs help. REPORT him to an adult at your school NOW!

Yes, you DO need to tell someone adult at school, --your teacher.
