Most of the larger pet stores carry toothbrushes and toothpaste for cats. I'd try PetSmart or a pet store like that.

you can get animal tooth brushes from any good petshop thay are made from rubber and fit over your finger you can also get animal toothpast in a meat flavour allso from any good petshop allso by feeding your cat a dry crunchy cat food this will help keep the teeth clean hope this helps

I don't know if they actually make toothpaste and toothbrushes specifically for cats, but maybe you should try using ones made for babies. (that's my area) They're small and of course the toothpaste will be safe. Well good luck!

I've seen these things at Petsmart, but honestly it might be a good idea every now and then to get your cat's teeth cleaned at the vet.

Petsmart has pet-safe toothpaste, and I would just use a cheap wal-mart brush.
