even with high contrast dye, etc. fails to reveal the exact problem area, now what ? you need surgery, but they must see exactly whats wrong, ( a higher resolution test, if there is one) Is a ????

What is your question exactly?

If they don't know where the lesion is, how come they are doing an MRI? Mostly the MRI people won't do whole body MRI.
