I don't mind as long as it's just a quick glance. It's just the guys who really, REALLY stare who freak me out. I tend not to wear very revealing clothes anyway. If I did, then I suppose I couldn't really complain. I have looked at other womens, but I'm a lot more discreet than men!!

If they want you to look them in the eye when you talk to them then they shouldnt be wearing a top with a "V" down to there navel!! If there showing a lot of clevage? By all means look!! They didnt wear that top to have you look at there eyes or notice there shoes!!!

For some reason, even though a lot of females wear ultra revealing clothing, we still find it rude if you are having a conversation with out lady parts. However, the occaisional glance can be rather flattering. Just don't drool.

No, it isn't wrong to look. I would mind if someone was looking down my shirt and staring. But, if girls are dressed so provocatively that they are barely covered, I'd say that their point is to be seen so in that case it would be okay to stare.

I would say that women that purposely show the cleavage are looking for men to look at them. If a woman has a normal blouse on and bends over and you catch a glimpse....it wasn't because she wanted you to see.

When cleavage is in your face obvious then it would be more rude not to notice. But don't misinterpret it as an invitation to see your "body parts".

Not really, the problem occurs when you start having a conversation with their cleavage, easily done if your not careful!
