one day i was driving my car and drinking and drugged so i felt that i hit a car and when i woke up my mother told me that my dad died in a car accident and i found that i was the one who killed him.

If this is really true, the only thing you can do is confess. You'll probably go to jail. Once you're there, get clean. Once you get out, get a life. A good life without alcohol and drugs. It may be the only way to somehow make your fathers death not totally purposeless. If by his dying you get a grip on your life, maybe that's something your mother can hold on to while she grieves over the loss of your father. My condolences to your mother.

I read in one of your questions that you are a teenager. Your father is 80 years old? And your last question was kinda weird, so it seems like you are in a kind of crude joking mood today. So, I'm inclined to believe you are not serious. If I am wrong, sorry no offense intended. If you are serious, how drugged were you? Most poeple know the difference between hitting a car and a person even when they are drinking. Most drunks just don't care that they just hit a person until later. And again, if this is true, shame on you! You shouldn't have been drinking and driving!!!!! Especially all drugged up on who knows what else. Now this is the price you have to pay, it sucks, but you dug your own grave here. You need to turn yourself in.

Well If you are telling the truth and decide to tell the police you will be sent to prison for a looooooooong time. A long time. So whatever you decide make sure you put alot of thought in to it. You will have many charges, youre prob. looking at a good 10 years IF not way more.
Tell your mom, That would be the best thing best then take it from there.

You should be in jail if you were driving drunk & drugged. In this day & age, there's no excuse for getting behind the wheel of a car messed up.Secondly, you should ask for forgiveness from your Mother, Father & your higher power.
