the easiest way to lose weight is to consume less calories
drink water, or diet drink that contain no sugar. this will cut back about 500-900 (depending on how much pop and sugary drinks you consume each day) calories a day. they have crystal llte juice mixes that taste sooooo yummy and they have no calories at all

Check out sparkpeople.com its really useful. You can look up articles for school lunches or what ever takes your fancy and meet other people with the same goals. Goodluck.
Me personally? I walk before school, and go for bikerides. It seems to work! Also do silly little things like always get the diet version of things, if I have a milkshake I make myself drink two glasses of water as well- just silly little things like that, that will eventually add up. Try getting off a few bus-stops early if you can. Goodluck.

Spread your meals out. Eat 4-6 smaller portions a day. When you eat big meals a day, you feel hungry again 3 hours later. If you eat 4-6 meals a day your stomach will always have food in it, plus it will always be digesting. Digestion takes a lot of energy to do so these mean you will burn more calories.
And one big thing do not eat anything for 2 hours before bed. and drink lots of water, 8 glasses a day.
This won't work if you just eat junk food. Eat fresh fruits and veggies, chicken, nuts, etc.

you should not snack on starches or carbs. stop eating 12 hours before you wake up. If you wake up at 7am then stop eating at 7pm. Eat a huge breakfast until you are full. Like organic oatmeal or organic cereal. This keeps you full longer and not hungry. More fiber in the diet also helps a lot.
