When I drink wine I get very drunk fast but I can drink scotch and coke and it takes a lot longer to get drunk also when I'm drunk I like to ring people and tell them I love them do you think this is embarressing would you be embarresed if your mum did that. My daughters find me embarressing when I'm drunk my sisters and brother don't.

1) The speed of inebriation. How quickly you "feel" drunks depends on the amount of time you take to increase your blood alcohol level. Here are a few reasons why you might feel "more" drunk with wine:
A. you may mix a "weak" rum and coke (i.e. more coke than rum) so that the alcohol content is under 6%. Most wines are at 10-12%, so drinking wine could get you drunker.
B. the time that you drink wine versus rum and coke. If you are having a "glass of wine" before dinner and drinking on an empty stomach that will increase your blood alcohol level more quickly than having a rum and coke with snacks.
C. the speed with which you drink. Most people tend to "gulp" wine (served in it s smaller glasses) and "sip" a "tall, cool" drink like rum and coke. if so than you are consuming alcohol more quickly.
I don't think it is "embarrassing" that you ring people to say that you love them, I do think it is a little sad that you need to be drunk before you can tell your nearest and dearest that you care. Regardless of wine versus rum, you may want to consider why you need to be drunk to tell your family that you love them.

Maybe you drink more wine than you do scotch and coke. Yes I would be embararred if my mother did it and I also inderstand your daughters thought to. Do you do this in front of her friends?

If you know what you do when you are drunk then it means you can
control yourself remember that you can always control your attitude if you realise it so what are you waiting for act soon the better.
Or you may stop drinking for you family`s sake.

it is embrassing imagine it ur nearby person whom u hated the most and in drunk u say here i lu and then she will not leave u and ur life is ruin.
