Well, I'm not sure why you would say eating 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day would be a waste. It would be one of the best things you can do for yourself to eat healthy and stay fit.

Its not that many if you look at the wide variety of foods you are probably eating now, take into consideration that tinned soups, sweetcorn, toffee apples, and other things young people eat contribute towards youd aily allowance. It dosent have to be cabbage & sprouts, as long as it has fruit or veg in it , im sure you are getting your allowance already.

No more junk food. I know its cheap and fills you up but it garbage for you body.
Spread all your meals out throughout the day, about 4-6 smaller portions. This Will help a bit but you still need exercise.

You are starting early and that is a great thing. You should look up on-line about ORGANIC food. This food is the best for you. Just type into yahoo and see what comes up. Do some research on-line about organic food. It is worth the money and time to find out about organic food.
