There is no Gospel of Paul that I can find. It is not included in the common list of those that were not included in the New Testament like:

The Infancy Gospel of Thomas
The Gospel of James
The Gospel of the Nativity of Mary
The Gospel of Mary [Magdalene]
The Gospel of Pseudo-Matthew
The Gospel of Nicodemus [Acts of Pilate]
The Gospel of Bartholomew
The Gospel of Peter
The Gospel of Thomas
The Gospel of Philip
The Gospel of the Lord [by Marcion]
The Secret Gospel of Mark
The Gospel of Judas

Peter was the first Pope.

With love in Christ.

Firstly, neither Paul nor Peter were popes, ever; they were Apostles. Popes developed out of Roman bishops, not apostles. The Roman church did not start officially calling their bishops 'popes' until about the third century. And in accordance with Christ's instructions (Matthew 23:9), Peter would never allow himself to be called 'pope'.

As far as the Gospel is concerned, the Gospel of Paul would be the same as the Gospel of Christ; and anyone who does not believe it simply is not a Christian (Mark 1:15, 16:15-16, 1 John 5:10).

So, whoever "they" are, that you are referring to, they are not Christians.

The Gospel is received by those God calls. All others will not hear the Gospel, and they certainly won't believe it:
"And the disciples came and said to Him, "Why do You speak to them in parables?" He answered and said to them, "Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given. For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says: 'Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, And seeing you will see and not perceive; For the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, And their eyes they have closed, Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, So that I should heal them.'" (Matthew 13:10-15).

First of all, there's no gospel of Paul. But a man named Paul wrote over half of the New Testament. He was not the first pope of Christianity, that honor goes to Peter.

Paul basically established the fore-running ideas of Christianity.

Paul was not the first pope Peter was and I have never heard of the Gospel of Paul if it exists it would be a gnostic scripture.
The Church decided what books were inspired since Jesus gave that power to the church.
Paul had no other beliefs then the Church but the gnostics used the names of famous Christians and used them as authors of their so called gospels.

Apostle Paul was NOT a pope, & neither does the Catholic church follow the true teachings of the Apostles as they claim they do. Paul was AN APOSTLE to the Gentiles.
