You really shouldn't use that. It has anphedamines in it (which is speed). You can get addicted to them and your weight will just bounce right back on again when you're done.
Why not go the sensible way and lose the 2-3 lbs per week with exercise and a healthy diet?

Well first you need to weigh the dexatrim pills and than count out however many it takes to weight that much, throw them away and poof, you lost 160 pounds.

the pill has nothing to do with it, its how much food you dont eat and how much exercise you do. its safe to lose about 2 and a half pounds a week by most doctors calculations so one to two months however you are not much over weight, crunches will help the waist a lot, forget the pills and just drop most of the carbs, no potatoes, no rice , no sugar, no bread, no pasta. if you must have some bread it needs to be very heavily grained whole wheat so it goes through your system faster. eat lots of green and yellow veggies, tomatoes, low fat dairy, raw fruit and good lean protein, broiled or baked, white meat chicken with no skin, fish, very lean beef.

It will take forever if you don't diet and exercise. Diet pills ALL say take in conjunction with diet and exercise. So, why bother spending money on the pills? Why not just save money and buy your food in the produce section of your local grocery store? It's really quite simple. Eat fewer calories than you burn. Eat to live, don't live to eat.
