a relative has arthritis if any1 has any secrets of getting relief from it pls tell!
i kinda would appreciate anytrhing from exercises to stuff u could eat!

Hi, its very starange after reading ur question. God will helps u.

Take some boiled water but that should not be too much boiled, (means u can drink a glass of water easily in 10 mins )take this in a poly bag and start to keep on infaacted place. I am sorry i can not tell u more than abt this.

Homeopathic medicines can be resolved ur problem 100%. I am sure u will get some benifit from this.

I am so sorry for your relative... this disease has no cure and can only be managed. My mother-in-law suffered from rheumatoid arthritis for years and never digested the fact that the disease not only affects the bones, but also internal organs.

please seek help from a rhuematologist if you can. rhuematoid arthritis is a tricky disease and there are medicines that can help. some over the counter things like ibuprofen which relieves pain and swelling can help to some degree but they can't affect the disease itself. good luck. also look for the book "Arthritis for Dummies" (for real!) it has exercises and things to do for your arthritis in it.
