Curd is a dairy product obtained by curdling (coagulating) milk with rennet or an edible acidic substance such as lemon juice or vinegar and then draining off the liquid portion (called whey). The increased acidity causes the milk proteins (casein) to tangle into solid masses, or "curds". The word can also refer to a non-dairy substance of similar appearance or consistency, though in these cases a modifier or the word curdled is almost always used (e.g. bean curd, lemon curd, or curdled eggs). Curd products vary by region and include cottage cheese, quark and paneer (the latter by definition being curdled with lemon juice, thus qualifying by some definitions as a vegetarian food).
Yoghurt, yoğurt or yogurt, or less commonly yoghourt or yogourt (see spelling differences), is a dairy product produced by bacterial fermentation of milk. It can be made from any milk, but modern production is dominated by cow's milk. The fermentation of milk sugar (lactose) produces lactic acid, which acts on milk protein to give yoghurt its gel-like texture and characteristic tang. Yoghurt is often sold in a fruit, vanilla, or chocolate flavour, but can be unflavoured.

Kitia's answer looks pretty good, except that curd is not a dairy product when it is made from soya.
Yogurt always has a milk base.

Curd is something coagulated (spelling?), yoghurt is coagulated milk. Curd can be soy, which is tofu.
