Is he choking at all? If he is get him straight to the vet, if he's showing no signs of distress, I would watch him v. carefully over the next 24 hour period, that the bone hasn't punctured anything in his gut etc.. but if he's behaving normally and is as a bright as a button, I wouldn't worry.

DO NOT MAKE HIM SICK! He could damage himself trying to sick it up!

Hope you little doggie is okay. Sending a big HUGX

The bone will probably pass through the dog and be OK. However on the safe side I would ring the vet and ask for advise _- I know its Sunday but if the bone does cause internal damage??? If the bone has just been swallowed the vet will be able to make your dog vomit it up safely. I'm sure you will get lots of people recommending you do this on your own but best if done by somebody who knows what they are doing.

Please don't make him sick, you could do untold damage. Its not nice for the dog either.

I would ring the vet and ask their advice. They may tell you just to watch him and bring him in if he seems unwell.

My dogs have swallowed splintered bones before and I panicked but they seemed fine. So it doesn't mean anything bad will happen to him, but just to be on the safe side I would call the Vet and ask their advice. Please don't try any DIY methods about making him sick as you could end up with a choking dog!!!

Check your puppy everyday, for a few weeks if there's a change in your dogs behaviour then take him to the vet to make sure no damage has been made. I'd advise you to visit the vet anyway, it's better to be safe than sorry!

i might say he's the two a Leo, Aries, Aquarius or Pisces or is strongly inspired by one or all of those indications. besides, definite i might. that would in all probability be the main conventional random element i ought to ever do.

DON'T TRY TO MAKE HIM SICK - That could cause damage.

Open his mouth to see if it's stuck in his mouth or throat.
If you can see it, try to gently remove it.
If not, check with your vet - it may pass through but keep a close eye on him.

Straight to the vet. Now. Even if puppy isn't choking, if it's sharp it could cause problems further down the gut. Please take your puppy to the vet.

The most danger is being caught in the throat. If it was swallowed, it will digest.
If signs show that is caught in his throat, medical attention is in order.
