Drinking water will not increase your weight - but also don't increase your salt intake because its the salt that is not good for you.
I drink between twelve - twenty
- 8oz glasses of water a day (just depends on the day and what I'm doing).
I am not up all night going to the bathroom in fact I sleep thru the night. I am not bloated or overweight.
Water helps your body flush itself - also a lot of the times when you might think you are hungry all your body is wanting is water - and sometimes you don't realize you need water when you do.
For most people drinking water will help them lose weight because they are reaching for it instead of food and realizing they really didn't need the food just something in their stomach.

Drinking too much water can cause hyponatremia and death as in fraternity initiations gone wrong. A moderate increase in water can burn perhaps an extra 100 calories a day. The body burns hydrocarbons to yield carbon dioxide and water (metabolic water!) so we get more water than we drink unless fasting. A good diet should be built around sufficient exercise (even walking) nutricious foods and adequate liquid intake. One plan is to take half portions. If you gain or maintain too much weight, eating half as much (of the right foods) may help lose weight without a crash diet or fasting. How much is half a portion? It may still be too large for some large people but is a step in the right direction.

It can. Bodybuilders drink up to 8 litres of water per day and have reported a notable increase in size, mostly because the steroids they take causes water retention, which lubricates the muscles, making them stronger. Their muscles can take on a puffy look from all the water.
Normally, for the average person, the homeostasis mechanism of the kidney removes excess water. Too much water in the body is very serious and can lead to a pulmonary odema and even death.

it depends if your kidney's and heart is working. people with congestive heart failure and or renal impairment put on much water wieght. also as many ladies would a test to hormones play a large part with the kidney's. anti diurectic hormone and estrogen make women feel bloated during that special time of the month. certain diseases that affect the pituitary gland may affect the hormonal balance in the kidney's corticosteriods and increasing salt comsumption also increases water weight. this being said if you are a healthy person most of the time no.

If you drink 2 glasses of water, your kidney will excrete 2 glasses of urine. So there will not be any increae of weight. If you add a pinch of salt in 2 glasses of lime juice, kidney will not excrete equal amount of urine. The doctors advice their heart patients to reduce sodium intake so as to reduce overweight. If you have got overweight, your heart has to exert more pressure to pump the blood throughout your body. If you want to reduce the overweight, please remember the word "CHANGE".
CHANGE:
Count out crash diets or quick weight-loss schemes.
Have patience in losing a half pound to one pound per week.
Always drink plenty of water or other fluids.
Never skip meals in efforts to lose weight.
Get up and go, increase your physical activity.
Eat a variety of foods.

Haven't you heard of water bloat. Yes which is why doctors request that people cut down on the salt intake. The theory behind drinking lots of water is to flush out the system but there is a point when it can be too much.

Drinking water helps reduce appetite. Also if you drink a lot of water you won't want to drink empty calories in soft drinks.
The biggest contributing factor to overweight in the U.S. is high sugar intake from soft drinks.
All excess water is excreted.

certain... being perfect hydrated can scale back your urge for nutrients. (many human beings eat even as in reality they're mildly dehydrated and be counted actually thirsty) also, it flushes your equipment and pollution and so on faster too. Water is sweet... regrettably too many human beings imagine they're ingesting "healthful" even as they have sugary yogurt, gluteny bagels, and iceburg lettuce (no longer some thing good about iceburg) do somewhat learn on what you install your body. reducing your gluten intake, sugar intake, and lengthening your protien ought to really help you stay complete felling and not in any respect benefit the tummy fat and so on.
