How other people can read your heart?
I may wrongly guess that you feel heavy, perhaps because there are some present problems you don't know how to solve, or you feel unsure about the future.
If that is the case, I suggest that you patiently seek for the Messenger of God for our time and start learning divine lessons to bring you out of this situation and show you the way for a brighter future.

If you do not know the cause it could be a premonition. There are some people who are more sensitive than others around them to happennings in their intimate circle. Someone close to you may be having some difficulty and may have been thinking of you wich has given you this feeling.

U might be in search of somthing, the truth, u might be in search of GOD, the creator, Who created all these thing and why, why are we here , what does God want from Us, WHOS GOD???
I will prefer ya to read Scriptures (Bible ,Quran etc) and in all these scriptures i will prefer u to read Quran coz its not corrupted , its unchanged , ITS THE TRUE WORDS OF GOD.
Theres no version of Quran. and believe me ya will find all questions ,all questions in ya read Quran with Understanding.

Is someone pulling on your heartstrings? If its not sadness and loneliness then you should maybe go in for e checkup and discuss this with your doctor.
