There is no natural way to cure scabies. Unless you want them to infest your house than you really need to get the cream. It sounds like they already have infested your house. Obviously whatever your doing is not working. There are children in that house and they could get VERY sick from scabies. They need to be treated NOW. Not to mention that you are going to infect other people outside of the house. You will infect the other children at school and at your work place. You will infect people at the stores. It gets really nasty. They multiply so quick. So I would put all that natural stuff aside for this situation. Sometimes it just doesn't work. It would be nice to have a natural cure but it's far too late for that. The cream that you put on, is from head to toe and its only applied up to two times. You have to clean EVERYTHING in your house! The scabies will end up getting into the private parts of your children. As awful and ridiculous as that might sound, it is absolutely true. So please do what is best for those children. If you want to use natural remedy's for other things, then fine but this is not a case where you can do that.
