Been there done that. Crap feeling hey babe?! :'( One of my biggest solutions was to cut up those damn credit cards!! I did that and although my hands were shaking while I was doing it - it feels great!!! Had a few withdrawal symptoms but at least I know the stuff I buy - I can only buy it if I can afford it coz if I ain't got the cash then I go home with nothing!! You CAN do it!! :) Mind you, i don't know where you live but here in Australia we have fantastic Social Security compared to most other countries - especially America. Good luck and take it day by day and there will be light at the end of the tunnel!!

They always say, "food, shelter and clothing", but they don't say what order, and it never occurred which order I would work on those agendas if I was forced into that situation.
I would say get an income first. Get a job the instant you are in that situation, don't wait one single day. Without money, it's hard to work on anything else.
After you get the job, then go to a church and see about getting housing assistance from a church organization, they offer help with essentials like food and clothing, as well (they help people that try to help themselves more).
Save every penny possible for the rent of the place you will be finding in all of your off-time from your job or jobs. Single people often need 2 jobs in today's economy.

Dude! If this is true and not a clown job of a question, you have a serious problem. If you do not have any friends or family to lean on, you might want to check yourself to a homeless shelter or mission and check into homeless programs to get you back on your feet.

When you hit the bottom, there is nowhere to go but up! Put the past behind you, it's not easy to make it, nobody told you it will be easy. The answers you need are all inside you, clear your head and make a plan, then do it!
