Are you in UK? Have you ever seen anyone with a decent haircut there? I am not sure what's up with the UK barbers but they just can't get it right. (That may be a question to ask here actually).

u will probably need to shop around to find 1
try:
1.toni and guy cant fail but prepare to pay the prices
2.small local 1's they usualy take more time on your hair than big stores and are usualy alot cheaper!!

ummmmm........ let me think .....u want to get a decent haircut.....
so..... maybe u can get it at the tailors..............or.............maybe go to a gardener....for a DECENT HAIRCUT........ but let me tell u that i generally go to a hair salon 4 a hair cut ( dont know if they can give u a decent hair cut or not)!!!
