ISO files need to be burned to a cd or they can be decompress to a folder, i would suggest to look for UltraISO or look for PowerISO. Both these programs will allow you to burn the files the a cd and also allow you to decompress the files to a folder

you dont open it you burn it to a CD (R) DISK
its software you have download
if you have a dvd(r)dvd(rw)drive
if your on windows xp
click on mycomputer icon open that
now right click on your
dvd(r)dvd(rw) drive
click on explorer
now move the
ISO file to the open
window of your
dvd(r)dvd(rw)drive
put a cd(r) disk in the drive
then on the dvd(r)dvd(rw)
open window
at the top click on
file then click on
write these files to cd
then it will burn the
ISO file
to cd when its done your have the
the ISO file as a software cd the files will be on the cd what every that ISO file is

for cd(r) & cd(rw) disk you
can burn data from the hard drive this way
any files download from the internet of copy on to the hard drive from a cd can be burn to cd from with in windows xp burner

burn it on a cd using nero burning rom, if u dont have it then u can download ISO BUSTER from net and extract the material from it, it also helps in extracting data from un read sessions of an multisessional cd.

try d/lg a vlc player...go to google...ask for 'free vlc download'
they have a gajillion codecs and open almost anything...
and they ALSO have ff and slow effects! it's an amazing tool...
