As long as you add the caloric values in for your daily total you should be fine. Carb calories and protien calories are just that,,, calories!

Eat what you like, just keep it within the caloric range of 1800 to 2000 calories per day along with exercise.

Atkins diet is deadly (I nearly died from it),, Dr Atkins died from a heart problem that was covered up,(More than likely from all the bacon grease and butter he ate for years), the Atkinites will crucfy me for stating this, but if it saves one person from getting sick, it's well worth the price!

The sugar in the yogurt is probably okay, besides you will have burned off those calories throughout the day just merely by breathing. The calcium in yogurt is great for you and is suppose to aid in weight loss as well. One thing to mention...some yogurts can be pretty high in fat which could hinder weight loss. Stick to low fat versions.

Actually, yogurt contains bacteria that are good for your intestines and help break down the food you eat. Ideally I suppose you should eat unsweetened yogurt, but the sweetness is so mild that I doubt it will add to your weight. What you need to avoid are sodas, fries, cheese, butter, and cake.

It is all about the calories that you consume in a day. I would say that eating two yogurts might be a little bit to high in calories if you are trying to lose weight. I highly sugguest joining weightwatchers online or going to meetings. They really teach you how to eat.

I think that 0% yoghurts contain less calories. Read the labels in the supermarket before you buy them and chose the ones with the less calories.
