would you take him/her after they just broke up and you found out so you decide to make a move?

only after i talked about it with my best friend , too find out if it was really over.
even then i might wait a couple of weeks to let the feelings they had for each other become a murmur.
but if my friend Say's it's not over, then i am staying away till i know for sure.
cause that's a sure way to break up your friendship and losing your friend over their ex's is not very good in my book.
i also i want too point out i would if the relationship between them was sour any way and if the other person and i got along OK.

no. If it was some kind of destiny, then maybe....but anybody who says that is making an excuse. If you do that then you never had a best friend...other then yourself, and if you do, you better be happy ever after, 'cuz that's the only way it would be justifiable. I would say the rule of thumb is make sure your friend finds (or at least has fun with) another person before you make your move if you really can't help it.

Hell no. If it is your friend best or not, old flames are off limits. It's just an unwritten law.

no that is just wrong not without his/her permission at least.
But then again try and have some respect for your friend he/her is probaly already heartbroken about the break you don't want to hurt him/her even more by dating them.
